Started to fall sick and that's bad. :(
Having a bad flu and nose blocked. Pimples and dry skin. Bad hair days and the growing long fringe. Sleepless face and the fat shape of body. *ouch!!!*
It has come to the point that I have a limit. My body need some rest after those super hectic weeks.
I need to eat medicine and have a good long sleep to make me feel and get better.
I need to apply some creams and put on mask for the sake of my skin.
I will go to saloon and cut my fringe and my hair. Shorter hair is so addictive. ;)
I have to reduce the portion of my food, trying to say no to the rice, stop eating before I feel full, do some exercise like swimming and walking a lot.
I have to get back my skinnies and lose some weights. *big help!*
I shall pamper myself with many good things such as delicious foods, healthy drinks, new magazines, new books, grocery shopping, enjoying the spa, applying the new nail polish, put on some different masks, blow dry my hair, put on some creamy and lotions, spraying the room with a good smell ones like aromatherapy or any aroma sprayer, looking through to my favorite korean variety show, or even trying to cook a new recipe. HA!
