(mixed) feelings..

The prettiest smiles hide the deepest secrets.
The prettiest eyes have cried the most tears.
The kindest hearts have felt the most pain.

Welcome your feelings : happiness, sadness, joy, laughs, tears.
They're all positive confirmations that you're here, you're alive.

Sometimes you have to stop thinking too much and just go where your heart takes you.
When we are ready to let go of what is behind, the best one will come in time. :)

Whatever makes you mad, leave it.
Whatever makes you smile, keep it.

No matter how good or bad you think life is, wake up each day and be thankful for life.
Someone somewhere else is fighting to survive.

We say all these beautiful, hopeful & inspiring words to build people up, yet we can't even find the right words to make ourselves feel better.

Breathe. It's just a bad day, not a bad life.
Let endless smiles be on your face, spread your joy all over the place. :))))
And the best thing you can do for yourself today is be a blessing to someone else.

Oh Bubbly Friday! :)

Guess what?? I make time to do .........
BLOOD DONATION
:)

Being a brave girl. *proud* :)

350 ml. So happy! :D

bruises and blueish after the blood donation.

To tell you the truth, I am really proud of myself for being a brave girl. As some of my friends were so scared of needles and they couldn't donate. The first time I donated blood, I was also scared & nervous. The worst is that time, my blood didn't come out until the nurse stopped my donation. I was quite sad & disappointed because I really wanted to save some life, but not being able to give out my blood. That was one year ago.

Today is my second time to donate blood. I have decided to do it few days ago, waiting until I finished all the test. So, after class dismissed, I cooked myself a brekkie to prevent me from being blacked out / fainted, then built up my mood, relax, happy and enjoy my decision. I was really relax and always smile. I say hi to the nurse & doctor, have a short conversation with them. It works! I didn't realize the needle had already went inside. HAHAHAA It's a bit painful but still can endure. :) I was so happy seeing my blood come out, although it took quite a long time for my blood to fill the bag (plastic) which is 350ml. The nurse said my blood vein is small, so it took longer time. Maybe due to my happiness (able to donate), I didn't feel any dizziness. I can joke around with friends, smile and laugh happily. The nurse asked me how do I feel, because some of the donators feel dizzy after donating, and I just feel very good. :)

Met lot of friends during the blood donation, especially LEOs. So good to see them back. Enjoyed catching up with every of them. I love the moment of joy, laughter & happiness. Thank each of you for brighten up my day. <3

Looking forward to the next chance of donating blood. ;)

Look at the horizon.

One of my dreams is to do bungee jumping. Jump from a higher place with safety, hands up, look at the horizon, feel those trembling knees, lean out and juuummmpppp!! :D
I am looking forward to it. I will wait patiently until that day, til that dream comes true. :)
It will be one of the greatest moments in my life time.

Here are some photos of the brochure that I got when I went to Bali. Oh ya, I wanted to do my very first bungee jumping at Bali and sunset is the best time for jumping as the views are spectacular. ;)

One of the bungee jumping adventure at Bali.

Hi, Mr. AJ Hackett. See you one day. :)

Would really like to capture every single moment of it.
it's a lifetime decision. hahahaa!

You see the excitement? ;)

It's located at Seminyak Beach there.
Google it if you are curious / wanted to try some. :p

The various type of jumping + the prices.

Even jumping also has their styles and types. HAHAHA.

Since it will be my very first time jumping from a 45 meters tower, then I will try the Tandem Jump. I will ask my boyfie to do it together with me. Hahahaa! I think it will be a very nice date. Do some adventurous bungee jumping, seeing & enjoying the sunset breathtaking views from a very high place. Ahhhh I already feel the excitement when I type this. :D but I think I will sweat from top to toe when I am about to jump from a 45 meters tower. Once in a lifetime experience. ;)

Second is the regular jump. It's written that there is absolutely nothing about this regular jump. They called it regular and classic bungy jump. Bound by your ankles, try the big swan dive out, arms spread and eyes wide open. Great for water touches. It's optional whether you want to jump down til you touch the water or slightly touch the water or keeps your jump dry. HOW IF you try to jump backwards?? A total heart-in-mouth experience! :D

Third is the full body harness jump. Strapped in for speed with the full body harness, run hard and launch over the edge. Go even larger with the attachment from the back OR go feet first for the effect like elevator drop which you will never forget.

I will not try the fire ball, the moto madness, and the bmx-treme. Those are not the ones that I wanted to do. So, how about you? Any of you have a same thought, same wish with me? Which types of bungee jumping you would like to try? :)
