Being sick for days have made me thinking of getting a healthy lifestyle. Eat more veggies & fruits. Drink more water. Less consumption on fried oily salty foods (it's hard enough to directly cut off this kind of foods). No sugar drinks. No sweets. No desserts. I couldn't say I will directly change my lifestyle but I promise myself I will eat healthier foods from now on. Trying and keep trying. No vegan, I will still eat meat, fish and pork (???!) it's just I will prefer the steam / sauces one rather than fried.
I had a plate of fruits with orange juice for my dinner. Yeaaa, I kept going for healthy choices after I got sick. I couldn't attend classes today though. :( anyway for the people like me who don't used to eat only fruits for dinner, I just feel fruits aren't filling as I'm hungry right now. I think even if there is a plate full of veggies served in front of me, I'm willingly to eat them without complaints.
Going to sleep zzzzzzz. Hope I'm getting better when I wake up next morning.
